Would it be possible that the php5isapi.dll in the PHP 5.3.1 package would be compiled with the same compiler as the other binaries in this package? It seems that this dll is the only one which is compiled with VS 2008 C compiler, all other binaries look like as they are compiled with the VS 6.0 C compiler.
At the moment we can't afford to distribute the runtime component of VS 2008 C (msvcr90.dll) because of other constraints. This would be unnecessary if all binaries would be compiled with older version.
